Für mich ist ein Gespräch erst dann richtig spannend, wenn es nicht ganz so einfach ist und so bekam ich immer wieder die großen „schwierigen Kunden“ zur Betreuung. Meine Kollegen verstanden nicht, warum ausgerechnet dann ein Leuchten in meine Augen trat, wenn es problematisch wurde. Ich aber liebe genau solche Herausforderungen. Sie sind das Salz in der Suppe.

Mit Kommunikation ist es wie im Sport – wer nicht trainiert, wird steif und ungelenk. Und wer bestimmte Muskelpartien ansprechen will, braucht das Wissen um die richtigen Übungen.
